Terms of Service

LAST REVISED: JANUARY 1, 2026 | SHOWZA JOLLY STACK MEDIA INC.

NO REAL MONEY POLICY NOTICE: showzajollystack is strictly a free-to-play browser arcade. No real money, payment method, wagering, gambling, or cash prizes exist anywhere on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or launching the games hosted on showzajollystack.living (collectively, the "Platform"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all conditions outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

All source code, physics algorithms, WebGL shaders, visual HUD interface elements, audio designs, paddle skins, and proprietary branding are the sole property of Showza Jolly Stack Media Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to play the Brick Breaker game within standard web browsers for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, or commercially redistribute our game assets or canvas software without written consent from Showza Jolly Stack Media Inc.

3. Virtual Items, In-Game Points & No Real Money Policy

Showza Jolly Stack operates exclusively as free entertainment with no real money involved. Users must take note of the following rules regarding virtual points and cosmetics:

No Real Money Transactions: We do not offer or accept real money deposits, real money purchases, or payments of any type. There are no credit card processing facilities, payment gateways, or in-app cash microtransactions.
No Cash Value: Cyber Coins (CC), unlocked paddle skins, ball trail modifications, and high score ranks obtained through the Brick Breaker customizer are purely virtual cosmetic attributes earned through gameplay. They hold zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or converted for real money.
No Gambling or Wagering: showzajollystack is not a casino, gambling, or betting service. No real money can ever be staked, wagered, or won.
Storage Persistence: Showza Jolly Stack Media Inc. assumes no liability for loss of cosmetic data caused by clearing local storage caches on user devices.

4. Player Conduct & Leaderboard Integrity

Fair competition is foundational to showzajollystack. Players agree not to:

Inject automated memory manipulation scripts, modified WebGL hooks, or packet spoofing tools to submit fraudulent scores.
Exploit technical glitches to bypass brick collision physics or inflate combo counters artificially.
Submit profane, hateful, or abusive tags in public leaderboard alias fields.

We reserve the right to prune, blacklist, or wipe fraudulent leaderboard entries without advance warning.

5. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The game and web services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 60FPS precision and continuous server availability, we do not warrant that gameplay will be entirely uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy browser configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Showza Jolly Stack Media Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or performance variances.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
