Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 1, 2026 | SHOWZA JOLLY STACK MEDIA INC.

1. Introduction & Overview

Showza Jolly Stack Media Inc. ("showzajollystack", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting player privacy across all gaming services and applications accessible via showzajollystack.living (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, handling, storage, and protection of user data during your engagement with the Brick Breaker arcade web application.

We prioritize zero unnecessary tracking. The core interactive components of Brick Breaker operate primarily within client-side WebGL and HTML5 Canvas environments, utilizing localized browser storage rather than invasive server-side profiling mechanisms. Because showzajollystack is completely free-to-play with no real money involved, we never collect, store, or process payment card details or financial billing information.

2. Information We Process & Collect

Depending on your interaction with the platform, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Client-Side Local Game Storage Data: Unlocked paddle cosmetics, ball trail preferences, high score records, in-game point balances (no real money), sound toggles, and cookie consent states stored strictly within your local device browser.
• Technical & System Telemetry: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic data including browser agent, canvas rendering capabilities, operating system, display aspect ratio, rendering FPS, and network latency to maintain optimal physics engine performance.
• Voluntary Communications: Inquiries, feedback, and technical support reports submitted via our Contact Form, including your name, email address, and subject description.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data processed by showzajollystack is utilized strictly for:

• Delivering fluid, persistent arcade gameplay across browser sessions without requiring account passwords.
• Calibrating paddle physics deflection algorithms, hit detection sensitivity, and frame rates.
• Verifying global leaderboard score submissions against automated fraud and score spoofing.
• Responding directly to consumer support inquiries submitted to [email protected].

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California (CCPA/CPRA), you possess distinct legal rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access: You may request confirmation and disclosure of any personal data we maintain concerning you.
• Right to Rectification & Erasure: You may request correction of inaccurate data or complete deletion of communication records.
• Right to Clear Local Storage: You can wipe all stored game progress, coins, and settings instantly via your browser's native clear browsing data settings.
• Non-Discrimination: We will never penalize or alter your game difficulty or feature access if you exercise your privacy rights.

5. Data Retention & Security Architecture

Game progression keys stored in your browser persist until explicitly cleared by the user. Support correspondence is encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and stored in protected databases with restricted personnel access, retained for a maximum duration of 12 months for quality assurance.
